Dental Crowns

Our advanced, in-office dental technology offers you single-visit custom crowns

The Same Excellent Results, Fewer Appointments

When teeth are damaged, weakened, or missing, crowns, bridges, and ceramic restorations can restore both function and beauty. Using advanced technology such as CEREC, we create seamless, natural-looking crowns in a single appointment.

Crowns protect and strengthen weakened teeth, bridges replace missing teeth, and inlays/onlays provide durable, tooth-coloured alternatives to traditional fillings.

How it works

Using this advanced technology, in one visit we can prepare your tooth and make the dental restoration right there in our clinic in as little as one hour. No messy impressions, no temporary crowns, and no long wait for your permanent restoration.

We capture an image of your tooth with a digital scanner. A 3D model of your teeth and the new restoration is created on the computer.

The restoration is then fabricated from a ceramic block in our lab’s milling machine.

The dentist places the custom-fit restoration a short time later, during the same visit.

FAQs

What is the main difference between a Dental on Broadway crown and a traditional crown?

The primary difference is the timeline and convenience. A traditional crown requires a minimum of two visits spread over several weeks, involving messy impressions and the placement of a temporary crown in the interim. Our crowns are completed in one single visit using advanced technology, which eliminates the need for temporary crowns, repeat appointments, and prolonged waiting times.

How do I know if my tooth needs a dental crown?

Teeth that would greatly benefit from a dental crown are those with:

  • Large fillings that compromise structural integrity.
  • Significant cracks or fractures.
  • Severe decay that cannot be repaired with a filling alone.
  • Teeth that have undergone root canal treatment.

A comprehensive dental examination, X-rays, and assessment by our experienced dentists will accurately determine if a single-visit crown is the right solution for your specific dental needs.

What material are dental crowns made of?

Our crowns are precisely milled from a single block of either high-quality ceramic (porcelain) or zirconia. These materials are specifically chosen for their exceptional strength, durability, and superior aesthetics. They are able to closely mimic the appearance and light-reflecting qualities of natural tooth enamel, ensuring a durable and seamless restoration.

Dental on Broadway, where technology and convenience work for you

With our  advanced technology we can provide custom, natural-looking ceramic crowns, bridges, and restorations in a single appointment, saving you time and inconvenience. This process eliminates the need for messy traditional impressions, uncomfortable temporary crowns, and follow-up visits, as the entire procedure—from digital scanning and 3D modeling to the milling and placement of your permanent, custom-fit ceramic restoration.

This long-term solution preserves more of your natural tooth structure and offers a durable, metal-free result that perfectly matches the strength and aesthetics of a real tooth, making it a superior and more convenient alternative to traditional two-visit crowns.
